Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, uou need to eat right and healthy diet. As 8th month onwards fetal gains lotof weight and that is the most important period you need to eat good and healthy diet. Drink lots of water. Drink milk also. Good luck and take care
