A. at this age you have to offer everything which is made at home to your child. you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday you have to give at least one and haglf katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday you have to give at least two fruits everyday you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your locacl delicacies and diets you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

See whatever regular food that we eat at home is the most healthy food to be given to the child there is nothing extra that you will have to add if your child is going to eat the food that you are giving is going to be good enough for healthy and overall weight gain of the child and growth of the childWrite Your Answer Here
