#asktheexpert how should we ensure nutrition of 19 month old

A. the daily diet of a 19 months old baby should be: childs daily diet should have: cereals starch like rice wheat corn , sago, Limited amount of bread at least 2 serving of good protein like pulses beans egg soya , milk and Milk products, fish chicken, meat variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables Nuts like almond ,dry fruits, peanuts, Chiki multigrain laddu peanut butter are good at least half litre full fat milk. But avoid bottle feeding which reduces appetite for other food. milk should also be given in the form Milk products or recipes like porridge or kheer . so 1-2 glasses milk and rest as paneer or cheese or curd add ghee on top of food to provide more energy
