NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and you cannot be giving your child any food till then and if the breast milk is not sufficient then you can be giving baby infant formula milk and nothing else
