You should give deworming Medicine once in every 5-6 months to baby. Please give it in that much gap.

I meant I gave my kid, bandy due to worms in his tummy. it's been 8-9 months. can bandy plus be repeated now? his tummy looks bulged up and whenever he is eating food, complaints of tummy pain. he is not itching this time though. he has history of worms

Giving such syrup in long term is not good. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins and calcium rich diet.
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength. Sit together and eat together.
