A. Hello good evening !! Water, fluids, semi solids are suggested from 6 month onwards. As baby is 6 months old on an average 50-60ml water and other fluids(soups, ragi, dal Water, rice starch) of 30-40 ml is enough along with water, fluids once a day semi solids, feed milk every 2-3 hours. Increase quantity gradually by 10-20 ml and particularly give more water, fluids in summer season to avoid dehydration.
