Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. just give half an hour Sun exposure specially in the early sunlight here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important .
So it's better to get the solution in a correct way .
You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

A minimum of 40 minutes that you should be going for a minimum I am saying and maximum can be 60 minutes as well but it is going to be in direct sunlight that you are going to give to the child not direct sunlight otherwise the complexion of the child is going to turnWrite Your Answer Here
