#asktheexpert How much suji should be given to babies in one time i mean to ask 1 spoon / 2 spoon /3 spoon??

A. You can make with two spoons if suji as suji soaks a lot of water and dry in nature so Add good amount of water while cooking it and keep consistency custard like

A. Hi parent you may give it to your child as per your child needs and hunger please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc you can give one to two table spoon soji halva to your child
