#AskTheExpert how much sleep is adequate for a 2+ years old? … my daughter sleeps for 10 hours in a day and is having dark circle around eyes what could be the under lying cause of this?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. sleep is sufficient..Dark circles in children are typically caused by allergies and nasal congestion, which can thin the skin around the eyes, revealing the blood vessels. Congestion is swelling in the tissues that line the inside of the nose. Congestion dilates blood vessels, which increases blood flow in the area.
