Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear At 4 months, your baby is between 4 and 5 inches long and may weigh up to 4 or 5 ounces. They don't have as much fat as an avocado, though — they're still pretty scrawny, and their skin is mostly translucent.
