You should actually give zero time to the child when it comes to showing a mobile phone on a television that can lead to speech delay lot of other issues which is why we do not recommend you to give it to the child it is not mandatory in fact it is personal choice of the parents that they feel that if they give more of TV timer mobile time in terms of learning the child is going to become smart but that does not work so please don’t give it if you can manage
