Curd are rich in nutrients, calcium, protien, vitamin n probiotics.

U can easily give two or three bowls if you want to because it’s very healthy to be given to the child ahead of that if you want you can also go ahead with giving buttermilk to the child because buttermilk is equally healthy to be given that you can give about two glasses a day
