A. you can upto 300 ml. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Easily What can be more than half a litre and about 750 ML on the minimum side if you can manage to give at least minimum half of a literacy should be giving and if you can increase the quantity of milk for days and that’s going to be good otherwise you can give more of dairy products
