#AskTheExpert how much ml of gudlax syrup can be given to 3.2 yo..weight approx 13-14 kg .for acute constipation..

A. Constipation is a chronic problem seen in children and most important cause is diet modification so firstly it should be taken care of. give good fibre diet with plenty of liquids and avoidance of food which gcan aggravate constipation like Banana excess of milk and maida containing food. medications like lactulose PEG or glycerine suppository should be second option

A. Ma’am Is this supplement advice to you by your doctor because it’s mostly not recommended and also the dosage should be prescribed by Dr only depending upon the degree of the constipation that your child is having because that way only certain times a doctor can change the dosage as well
