AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have lactonic granules with warm milk twice a day to increase bm.. Secondly there are so many brands available in the market like lactogen, similac, nan Pro, aptamil etc. All are good brands. U can choose any one of these. Take care
