A. A 3 month old baby should have around 90-120 ml of breast milk per feed and there should be atleast 8-10 feedings per day. Babies require between 150 ml and 200 ml of formula per kg of body weight each day. So if a baby weighs 3 kg, he or she will need between 450 ml and 600 ml of formula per day.
