and when you complete 7 month then start giving the outside Food but only once autoise a day and encourage more to have homemade food in semis solid forms till 9 months to 10 months

One time in the day is good enough see I was just like to tell you that parents this is really depend on these foods which are processed and all so you can give it one time in the day just to start with to comfort your child but mostly you should focus upon giving fresh food that you can prepare at home or a regular basis as that’s much more healthy and that’s what your child basically means
