#AskTheExpert How many times other food can be given to a 6 and half month baby? currently only rice porridge is introduced and giving 2 times a day. please help and also tell about quantity and proportion of food

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. for a 6 month old, give one time only.. Let the baby decide the quantity. Do not force feed or distraction feed.. rest continue breast feeding on demand.
