Hi, You should give meal 3-5 times in a day and in between offer water, your breastmilk, coconut water etc. Give food like suji kheer oats kheer khichadi daliya mashed potatoes mashed bnana seasonal fruit and veggies soup eggs paneer cheese etc. Give nuts once baby completes 1 year.
