A. start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day. give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food. continue to breastfeed on demand and in between meals

A. Begin with two to three spoonfuls of soft and mashed food four times a day, which will give your baby the nutrients they need without breastmilk. From 6–8 months old, half a cup of soft food four times a day, plus a healthy snack.
