Yo To begin with it should be one time in the day and then from next week it should be two times in a day in approximately after 20 to 25 days you can make it three times in a day because it’s very important for a child to have proper three means like breakfast lunch and dinner along with that fruits can be giving and Milk about 4 to 5 times in a day
