Taking iron for a minimum 3 months and calcium as long as you exclusively breast feed your baby is enough.
If you want you can take multivitamin medications

U Just have to take multivitamin calcium and iron for initial six months other than that if your doctor has given any medicine to deal with your delivery issues the pain and everything that should be taken up in the doctor has prescribed you for other than that only the supplements should be taken for six months
