A. Infants should be breastfed in every 2-3 hours depending on the milk intake per feed. Latch the baby from each side for atleast 15-20 minutes. Include foods like oats, dry fruits, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, brown rice, garlic, fennel seeds, eggs, fish, legumes, fennel seeds and milk to increase breastmilk supply.
