Exclusive breastfeeding with a proper buprintg and keeping the baby in an upright position will be helpful.
Antiflatulence medicine like semithicone , probiotics and enzyme preparations may be helpful.
Maternal lifestyle and dietary habbits are also contributory and importangt.
