as a child is one year old , now baby become more mobile and so their food attention span become low.
therefore , offer energy Rich diet to your child.
give Healthy meal which includes green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts,dry fruits etc
keep your child well hydrated
choose weather appropriate clothes for your child.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
