Dear mum your child is 2 + and she can easily have a exit twice or thrice a day and there is no harm in it provided she is equally physically active and is digesting the food very well you can provide her leg once or twice a day even and for twice or thrice a week along with that you can also offer chicken soup which is very healthy option white paneer banana boil potatoes can be added
