RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Three times in the day would be good enough breakfast lunch and dinner and you should maintain at least a gap of 4 to 5 hours in between two meals so if you give breakfast at nine give lunch at two and dinner around eight so this is going to be a good amount of difference between three meals that you are offering to the child
