#AskTheExpert How do we know that proper milk supply is being given to baby? doubts come often that baby ka pet bharta hai b ki nahi, am I providing hun enough milk or not ? My baby is 27 days old now

Milk is increased immediately. mother should eat everything. have 1000extra calories per day. drink lots of water
