#asktheexpert how do we deal with cold and cough in kids? with the change in climate alergens and dust easily make their way in immune system of kids and hamper them.

A. my daughter is 2months old, and she wakes up in the middle of the night due to blocked nose and starts choking. is it normal?

A. okj in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby

A. Make a glass of warm milk with turmeric powder and give it to the child every night. It relieves a sore throat and a runny nose right away. Milk provides energy to the child since it is high in calcium.
