#AskTheExpert how do I have start giving egg for my 1 year old baby? What to give first and quantity and how long I have to wait for reactions and then give the next one? Kindly explain me in detail.

Ek can be introduced from an early age itself so if you haven’t given it as of now you can start giving in the form of omelette or you can actually try going ahead with Sunny side up or scramble whatever you feel that your child would enjoy because at this age you can give an entire Ek to the child so you can walk upon different recipes give 1 x2 the child and wait for at least five minutes on the minimum size and see if there is no reaction on the body then you can continue jogajog something does not suit the system it immediately shows effect within 45 minutes of eating
