#AskTheExpert how do I control my temper. I'm facing challenges to manage 7 years old and 11 months old work and house. is there any way I can manage my emotions.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum I can understand your problem because even I have gone through for this but later on you will regret on it because this time shall pass but if you are expressing your anger over the frustration on your kids without any fault this will make you sad only e try to manage things in your own ways don't take pressure of anything give yourself some time do meditation which will give you internal peace
