A. check weight gain Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. Hi mom If ur baby is active and comfortable, taking proper feed, gaining weight, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day then that means ur baby is a healthy baby and growing properly. These weight of the one year baby should be 9-11 kgs and two years it should be 10-12 kgs.
