The definition of healthy and balanced food is the same food that we eat roti Sabzi Paratha Dal rice millets grains vegetables fruits so basically Indian traditional plate that is served for us every day is the healthy balance diet that is what you need to give maximum you can do different recipes different varieties and variations into the food that you are giving and that Just is enough
