to avoid nebulizer, once you notice the symptoms like fever,cold and cough, though they are mild start taking necessary care and precautions
for example
maintain good Hydration throughout the day
give Luke warm water to drink
avoid giving cold, sugary and oily food items
for now
give Turmeric milk once in a day
choose weather appropriate clothes for your child
keep your child head and ears covered well
give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
