Eggs and non veg foods
Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
Curd, paneer, cheese.
Continue to breastfeed.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and and some kids can be slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg dry fruits powder etc
