Hi It would completely depend how you are travelling and you just have to keep your child in the lap or in a portable car seat that is how the head is going to be stable when you are travelling with the child because mostly when you travel at this age kids are mostly going to be in the lap of the mother or father only so that’s the only way to go ahead with it
