A. Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely. Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. Distract your toddler. Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard breasts.

A. hi gradually. for that, understand your child feeding pattern and hunger cues at first. then try to offer food before your child asks for feeding. encourage your child by serving food as per his taste
