A. Hello mom you have to take care of your diet and also be mindful of what you are consuming , and avoid heavy meals after late evening and also avoid refined and processed foods and sugary foods as well . Involve your self in some sort of physical exercise for at least 30 to 45 mins daily

A. Dear mum, to lose your weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
