A. I see your baby is 5 months old. Basically, you need to breastfeed your baby on demand - that means allowing the baby to decide the nursing duration and frequency. Offer both breasts in each nursing session. If a baby goes through cluster feeding spurts that is also normal and important for their growth. Rest weight also depends on genetics.

A. Hello mom Currently you can start with some liquids for the baby such as dal or rice water ,vegetable soups or fresh fruit juices and in between you can alternate it with your feed try to have your meals before baby feed time as it also ensure good quality milk
