Give her balacned diet which includes foods from various food groups, so fresh seasonal fruits & vegetabales are excellent and best source for building their immunity, apart from that dry fruits & nuts, home made fresh foods, limit her sugary foods, refined , processed and packaged foods.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. No medicines would not be required if your child is eating while eating everything that is healthy then you do not have to go for any supplement and immunity is going to be good with that food only so nothing extra would be required to be given to the child
