A. For a healthy lifestyle, it is important to feed fresh, home cooked meal and keep him/her well hydrated with variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, coconut water, etc. Restrict intake of sugar, fried and packaged foods. Maintain personal hygiene and keep surroundings clean too. Avoid too much screen time and engage in physical activities and outdoor games.
