SanthoshiMom of a 1 yr 9 m old girl1 Year agoA. Eat healthy diet that's sufficient for growth stay stress free Try to have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.
