Q.

#asktheexpert how can I gain weight of my daughter she is 5 months , and weight is 5.8 kg

A. Dear parent, weight of 5.8 kg is a normal weight for 5 months old baby girl. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. Introduce top food after 6 months.
