#AskTheExpert..hloo doctor...my twin babies 3.6 years old is just 11 kg....they eat well stil they dnt gain weight ...their haemoglobin is 10...wt to gv them to gain weight rapidly

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your child healthy carbohydrate including banana and paneer and potato preparations dry fruits eggs these things will help in weight gain
