#AskTheExpert hlo today I noticed a white strand of hair in atharv's head. can uh please suggest me some remedies to overcome this.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Once or two strands are normal no need to worry just focus on giving calcium and iron rich foods to tue child include seasonal fruits and vegetables and give nuts milk and milk products and massage the head with almond oil
