#AskTheExpert hlo mam.. I had dizziness .I am not able to standing in one place....specialy in early morning...yesterday 5times fell down mam.... why this coming to me.?

it looks like you have vertigo or there is a problem with the ear balancing or it might be because of the low BP.
please consult your respective physician of the family doctor immediately as it can be dangerous for you and also for the child.
how lemon water along with salt and sugar which will help you to maintain your body electrolytes
