#AskTheExpert hlo dr. my daughter is about 1yr 5mnths. she is not properly eating food. depends on mother feed. from last 10 suffering from cough nd cold. also consulting to dr. but not recovered. any advice

many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food.
so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child.
at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutridtional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.
give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.
