Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu should eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water. Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits are must.
Oil your hair regularly and wash with mild shampoo twice a week. Also keep your hair well tied up as much as possible
