Maybe the breastfeeding that currently you are giving to the child is not healthy that’s why the child is not gaining and it’s quite a dip into the weight of your child I think it’s very very important to have a physical assessment with your paediatrician and what is the reason and what can be done I had the doctor would advise you on that
