#AskTheExpert hllo mam....my twin daughters 3.6 years old.....has very low weight 11kg.....they do not gain weight well...wt to do....they eat well still they don't .....their haemoglobin is also 10 ....they r having iron syrup...wt else should I gv them to gain their weight rapidly

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with iron syp, also give threptin buiscuits daily. with all family food. . Do Consult your paedritician to rule out underlying cause of underweight and treatment accordingly. tc.
